Could anyone explain to me whether if there's a way to submit video-based animations onto the art portal?

The reason why is that I have submissions that uses video as a format for animating stuff, which I get told they're not "movies" per se. An example of one would be this.

The submission labels are misleading because that's the only place where it allows for .mp4/html5 uploads to begin with. :/ Unless I've overlooked something, I think it would be nice if there's a separate category explicitly for movie animations that are *not* movies.
